Terms & Conditions of zuuz, established in Oegstgeest in The Netherlands and registered in the Chamber of Commerce in Leiden in The Netherlands under number 28104413.
1 – Applicability of the Terms & Conditions
These conditions apply to all zuuz orders.
2 – Order & Delivery Time
After receipt of the order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, order summary, and the total costs. As soon as we have received your payment, you will obtain your order within 10 days.
3 – Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in euros, inclusive VAT. Payment may be made only by transferring the total amount to ABN Amro bank account number 42.69.87.241, payable to zuuz in Oegstgeest with reference to the order number.
4 – Shipping Costs
The shipping costs within the Netherlands and to Belgium are 4,95 euro for parcelpost and 2,00 euro for products send by letter. For deliveries outside of the Netherlands and Belgium shipping costs are based on TNT Post shipping costs.
5 – Exchanges and/or Returns
If an item is damaged upon delivery or does not meet your expectations, then you may exchange and/or return the item according to the following procedure: * Send an e-mail within 8 days of the receipt of the order to ellen@zuuz.nl, stating whether you wish to exchange or return, and why.
* You will receive the return address from zuuz.
* Send the unused item in its original packaging with sufficient postage to the return address. Enclose a letter stating your name, e-mail address, and bank account number.
* You will receive a confirmation from zuuz of the receipt of the returned item(s). Return shipments that have not been declared or have insufficient postage will not be credited by zuuz.
6 – Guarantee & Liability
We guarantee that the delivered articles are sound and fulfill the stated specifications. Zuuz is not liable for any damage (bodily or material/immaterial) resulting from inaccurate use of the zuuz articles. Zuuz is not liable for damages resulting from the application or removal of the product.

All customer information is solely utilized for the fulfillment of the order and will never be disclosed to third-parties.
